CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.
A 60 minute full body workout that incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) designed to build your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, build lean muscle, and maximize calorie burn. Workouts will involve bouts of high intensity efforts, followed by varied recovery times.
Our yoga includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. This is encouraged for all ages and health levels and is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
