Looking for a new box to call home?  If you’ve been CrossFitting for at least 3 months  or more then swing by 15 minutes early to a class so we can do a quick eval on your technique.  If you can move well and are familiar with the CrossFit “flow” you may jump right into classes!   If you’d like to browse our classes and coaches before committing we’ll give you 3 classes for one week to scope us out!  After the one week (3 free classes) you will be required to pay for a membership to join us any further.
